Evaluation of a Hospital-Based Youth Violence Intervention EDC evaluated the psychoeducational counseling component of Boston City Hospital's program to reduce violence among 12 to 17 year olds treated for violent injuries. The evaluation documented the development of the program and demonstrated the hospital's ability to implement the intervention in an outpatient pediatric emergency department and in the inpatient setting for which it was designed.
